The Davenport City Plan and Zoning Commission met on February 17 to consider Palmer College of Chiropractic’s campus master plan amendment, multiple rezoning and right-of-way vacation requests related to campus expansion, and a two-lot final plat for Blowing Up LLC; the commission voted to forward the Palmer items to city council with recommendations for approval and approved the final plat.
