The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission met in a special session and voted to vacate a contract extension for a public "safe use" campaign and to waive the November 1 regulatory deadline for setting an increased social equity excise fee, while leaving the fee decision itself for a later meeting after additional stakeholder input and information gathering.
