The Pinelands Commission Personnel and Budget Committee met June 24, 2025, adopted prior minutes, approved a package of asset deletions, reviewed routine check register and electronic disbursements, heard an update on the Fenwick Manor rehabilitation project, and discussed the fiscal year 2026 budget projections with proposed fee rule changes and an escrow hourly-rate recommendation.
