At its second February meeting the Skowhegan Planning Board heard an appeal from applicant Albert Kang for a medical cannabis cultivation operation at 667 Waterville Road. After extensive questioning about building square footage, fire and security requirements, and the applicant’s costs, the board voted to table the item to gather a police chief security review and return at the board’s March meeting.
