The CT Paid Leave Authority committee reviewed and approved routine minutes, heard staff presentations on consolidated policy revisions to implement coverage for newly included noncertified school employees, and reviewed annual updates to the finance and accounting manuals including reserve and credit-card procedures. Staff said both sets of changes will go to the full board for adoption next week.
