The Finance, Revenue and Bonding working group, chaired by Rep. Maria Horn, met to begin a review of state tax expenditures with an initial focus on corporate tax credits used by very few taxpayers and on improving measurement, reporting, and potential sunsetting. Members agreed to assemble data (including items used by fewer than 10 taxpayers), compile outside resources, and reconvene in January to create a prioritized list for follow-up.
