Hibbing City Council met on Feb. 19, 2025. The council adopted a capital improvement plan with preliminary authorization for CIP bonds, approved several resolutions including housing grant acceptance and demolition of substandard buildings on the 400 block, approved temporary animal shelter staff and directed an RFP for a long-term shelter solution, and approved multiple equipment and service purchases.
