Clear Creek County Board of County Commissioners met Dec. 16 for a regular meeting covering public comment, a tourism-board appointment interview, a communications/county manager update, tax abatement hearings, a short-term rental abandonment appeal (denied), and a lengthy public hearing and approval of the Bellevue Mountain Resort planned-development sketch plan; the board also approved an early-childhood-council selection and discussed courthouse space/ security upgrades.
