Murrieta City Council met Sept. 2 to receive a closed-session report, hear a presentation on a development agreement for the Shops at the Triangle (first reading introduced), and to introduce and amend a municipal code ordinance regulating sober living homes (council amended compliance timing and approved introduction). Council also heard community updates and a youth-court presentation and recognized Corporal Matt Mazingo.
