At its Feb. 18, 2026 meeting, the San Francisco Building Inspection Commission heard updates on Permit SF and department finances, recommended approval of green building bulletin AB 93, continued officer elections to March, and unanimously modified and upheld an emergency order for 146 Vernon Street while granting the owner limited time and milestones to secure permits and complete repairs.
