San Fernando City Council convened a special meeting to reconvene the city's Disaster Council, review municipal code responsibilities, and direct staff to pursue CERT training, public preparedness resources, a community resource fair, and coordination with LAUSD, Red Cross and LAFD. Staff will update the website and propose a follow-up meeting.
