Sherburne County Planning Commission considered three agenda items: a 3-lot final simple plat (Wagon Trail Woods) recommended for approval; an ordinance amendment to add veterinary clinics as an interim use (extensive public comment; commission directed staff to refine and table); and a proposed 3.5 MW solar farm (MMPA/US Solar) where the commission recommended denial based on wetland and screening concerns. The commissions recommendations will go to the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners on 2026-03-17.
