The Board of Behavioral Sciences held a strategic planning session focused on six goal areas: licensing, examinations, enforcement, outreach and education, legislation and regulation, and a newly proposed goal on protection for marginalized communities. Board members reviewed staff-proposed objectives, debated language around DEIA and exam bias, and added tasks to action plans for follow-up.
