The Port Jervis City Council opened a public hearing on Local Law No. 6 to amend fees for vacant, abandoned and foreclosed buildings, heard a brief public comment urging banks to renovate properties faster, introduced new City Clerk-Treasurer Stacy Hosking, and voted to move into an executive session on personnel that invited Chief Orton.
