The Merrillville Town Council held its regular meeting with public comments, a Board of Zoning Appeals petition from Costco for an employee parking lot variance, discussion of persistent streetlight and utility service problems with NIPSCO, committee reports and four resolutions including a correction to a bond reimbursement fund and a transfer of appropriations; all listed resolutions and the Costco variance were approved.
