The Bristol-Warren Regional School Committee met Feb. 9 for routine business, a construction update and an extended discussion of the proposed 2026–27 school budget and program-of-studies changes, including the district27s decision to remove the Spanish heritage language course. Public commenters and staff urged reconsideration of the heritage program and additional nursing coverage as fifth grade moves to the middle school.
