Waterville City Council convened Feb. 23, 2026, heard citizen comments focused on a local preservation campaign to save the Roche De Bois/Interurban bridge, received routine staff financial and operational reports, and approved several contracts and resolutions including a fire-station exterior contract, a fireworks services agreement, a construction engineering contract and a 2-year agricultural lease.
