Jacksonville Rules Committee met Feb. 17 to consider numerous appointments, charter cleanup and transportation items and to debate Ordinance 20260063 to allow certain downtown entertainment establishments to serve alcohol until 3 a.m.; the ordinance was amended to add Brooklyn and passed 5-1. Multiple appointments and emergency items were approved.
