At a special meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m., the Marion County School Board Leasing Corporation board of directors unanimously adopted Resolution 26-01 to grant Marion County Utilities a nonexclusive perpetual easement for project 24-105 to provide access for water-line work serving the new South Marion High School. The resolution passed 5-0; there were no public speakers and the meeting adjourned at 5:04 p.m.
