At the Feb. 25, 2026 Cheektowaga Principal Advisory Committee meeting, members tabled two development items — a proposed 115-foot telecommunications monopole at 940 Lawson Road and a 53,000-square-foot commercial tire storage proposal at 3419 Broadway — and approved an amendment to a site plan at 49 59 Genesee Street to enlarge a bioretention area after a New York State DOT drainage requirement.
