The Los Angeles City Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee met to consider consent items (including a Woodland Hills/Gerard Tract housing motion), appeals on multiple projects, the designation of the Brady Bunch House as an Historic Cultural Monument, certification of an EIR and demolition permit for the Berry Building (Brentwood), and local implementation options for state SB 79 housing law. The committee approved the consent calendar, denied several appeals, approved the Brady Bunch designation, sustained certification for the Berry Building EIR, and moved a chair recommendation on SB 79 implementation to full council.
