The Stonecrest City Council met Feb. 23 to hear public comment on several zoning petitions, deny a special land use permit to convert a home into a childcare institution, approve one rezoning for a hair-braiding business, deny a second rezoning, defer an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with the City of Lithonia for police services, approve a personnel budget amendment, and accept a settlement discussed in executive session.
