Commissioner Gage Forer called the work session to order at 12:59 p.m.; he introduced commissioners present including Commissioner Jim Harvey and Commissioner Sheryl Bolas and opened the meeting. The board moved to approve the minutes from the 02/09/2026 work session and the motion carried (ayes).
