The Town of Newburgh Plan Commission met Nov. 3, 2025. The commission accepted a citizen petition to rezone a property described in the agenda as 116 Plum Street (the petitioner referred to 116 Holmes Street) and approved a final revision to the list of permitted and conditional uses in the C-4 zone to be recommended as an ordinance to the Town Council. Staff also reported permit activity and a public demolition bid schedule.
