The Town of Farmington ad hoc sidewalk committee reviewed its charge, discussed outreach and a proposed February public informational meeting/charrette to gather community input on sidewalk policy, heard a public comment raising potential open-space easement limits, agreed to seek a legal opinion about easement restrictions, and approved minutes before adjourning.
