Kent County Levy Court on Feb. 24, 2026 conditionally approved a conditional use site plan (CS 2602) to expand Sanctuary Family Center with a 29,022-square-foot education building and related facilities, following a unanimous 6-0 vote with one member absent. The court also recognized Ryan A. Quinn as employee of the month, introduced new EMS hires, and scheduled a public hearing for ordinance LC25-05.
