Buena Vista Board of Trustees met Feb. 24, 2026 for a work session on the town water allocation policy followed by a regular meeting that included adoption of two land-use code amendments (temporary vendors and temporary camping), approval of a memorandum of understanding with Shining Mountains Montessori for a childcare center, acceptance of an annexation petition from Amazon (Project Valley) for public hearing, and several planning and infrastructure adoptions (3-mile plan, stormwater master plan, transportation master plan).
