Bradenton City Council held a regular meeting where the mayor proclaimed Flood Awareness Week, staff described outreach and CRS efforts, the council approved a purchase-and-sale agreement for former shuffleboard property to a developer for mixed-income housing, accepted a consent agenda and heard reports on regatta success, downtown business coordination, homelessness/tent concerns, and new federal funding.
