The McLendon-Chisholm Planning & Zoning Commission opened a public hearing and approved the Willow Creek Plan Development (PD) district for a master-planned residential community on roughly 360.3 acres, after a developer presentation and limited public comment. The commission also recommended approval of an ordinance to set hours, lighting and noise limits for restaurants in the General Business (GB) zone.
