The Tampa Charter Review Commission met in a hybrid session to continue line-by-line review of the city charter, take public comment, discuss mayoral vs. council authorities (including whether council should be given power to pause/override certain mayoral actions), and approve motions asking the city legal department to provide substantive and housekeeping change lists and for the administration to increase public notice of meetings.
