Souderton Borough Council convened Sept. 2, 2025, opening with a ceremony honoring longtime public works director Steve Cole, received routine administrative and department reports, approved the 2026 pension minimum municipal obligation (MMO) and three resolutions including adding a handicap parking space and amending the borough manager's employment agreement, and recessed to an executive session on personnel.
