Bradley County joint meeting of the Road and the Land & Building committees discussed a property ownerrequest to extend a sewer utility easement across county property adjacent to the road department. The road superintendent opposed crossing the road departmentyard because of operational impacts; a motion to uphold the road departmentwas made but failed for lack of a second, and no formal action was taken.
