Town of Berlin mayor and council discussed a range of local business, land-use and infrastructure items including approval of a community event fee waiver, a $2.5 million town-hall renovation plan, approval of rezoning for Parcel 57 tied to a land-disposition agreement, draft business-license and peddler ordinances, a West Street parking plan, a fundraising auction for the community center, and a significant water-tower leak and repair.
