Phase 2 feedback session for the Rutland Regional Plan (RRPC) where chapter leads presented draft policies across 10 chapters — land use, housing, economic development, cultural resources, transportation, energy, working lands, natural resources, public utilities, and climate resilience — and residents and municipal representatives raised concerns about housing affordability, Act 250 delays, transit scheduling, water/PFAS, energy siting and infrastructure costs. The session solicited input to refine draft policies ahead of continued engagement on Oct. 30.
