Washington County Health and Human Services Committee reviewed year-end 2025 reports on out-of-home care, inpatient hospitalization and adult/children placement programs, heard about drivers of increased costs (high-acuity placements and reimbursement timing), discussed a CRU pilot with West Bend and received an update that the state removed the county from a CLTS corrective action plan.
