Michigan City Sanitary District Board of Commissioners met Feb. 25, 2026; the board approved an ownership transfer of the 300 North sanitary sewer infrastructure from LaPorte County (with conditions), updated its organizational chart and job descriptions, reviewed bids for a transformer replacement (referred to staff), approved routine contracts and an insurance renewal, and received project and operations updates.
