The Town of Wayne Planning Board approved Johnny Deblois’s application to operate a small used-car sales business with outdoor storage for boats and vehicles, subject to a 100-foot setback from back and side lot lines and vegetative or fencing screening per the town ordinance. The board also agreed to review a moratorium-committee draft at its November meeting and discussed training and code-reformatting work.
