The Alta Planning Commission met Feb. 25 to hear five public hearings (including a Hellgate condominiums plat amendment), and to forward four housekeeping land‑use code amendments (updates to state code references, zoning-map clarifications, petition-to-rezone language, and subdivision timing) to the Town Council; the commission also received open‑meetings training and approved the Hellgate preliminary plat subject to conditions.
