The newly reconstituted Forest Lake Parks and Recreation Commission held its first regular meeting to swear in commissioners, elect a chair and vice chair, receive staff briefings on organization, master planning, funding and policies, and to recommend fee waivers for Special Olympics practices and a charter high school’s field use to City Council.
