Bellefontaine City Council considered a motion to reconsider Ordinance 25-31, an annexation of 200.827 acres owned by Belquaire Incorporated, and failed to override Mayor Chrisman’s veto 4-2, so the ordinance failed. The council also approved a set of routine resolutions and ordinances including parks appropriations, Harmon Park bidding authority and a Habitat for Humanity water connection.
