The Contract and Compliance Board met in Nashville to hear a public comment about NDOT safety, review an executive director report on a new safety reporting platform and construction projects, approve an intake form and poster for Hub Nashville, and elect a new chair and vice chair. The board agreed to revisit its public-comment policy to allow structured follow-up questions and to develop procedures for handling complaints.
