Lorain City Council met Dec. 15, 2025 for a regular session. The council heard Mayor Bradley read a formal city value statement, approved multiple resolutions honoring outgoing members, amended and passed a revised curfew ordinance (lowering the covered minor age and adding a written-permission requirement), and approved a package of grants, contracts and purchases including a tax-incentive agreement for a local manufacturer.
