The Banks School District board heard a presentation Nov. 17 on a City of Banks Urban Renewal Agency substantial amendment that would add a public-art category to its plan and could allocate $500,000 toward Kelly Field restoration; the board was asked to consider adopting a concurrence resolution at a later meeting.
