At a special meeting, the Woodburn School District board moved into executive session under ORS 192.660 and later voted unanimously to authorize the vice chair to obtain additional information about a complaint discussed in that closed session. The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m. and adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
