At a September Elizabethton City Schools Board of Education meeting, the board recognized student and teacher achievements, heard a directors report, and approved a series of consent and regular-agenda items including an athletic-training service agreement, a construction change order, a Niswonger Foundation tutoring grant and associated positions, release forms for a student documentary, and first readings of grading and testing policies.
