The City of Brookhaven Alcohol Board met Jan. 11, 2018. The board approved minutes, heard an appeal from Stephanie Stout regarding a denied alcohol service permit (police presented felony/probation history and the applicant disputed recent charges), and moved into executive session to deliberate. The board chair also announced a board vacancy following a resignation and noted a Rush Lounge hearing will be rescheduled.
