An internal audit of the contractor operating Sullivan Arena, Ben Bo(ke)y and Dempsey facilities found multiple contract compliance failures, including missing audited financials, improperly calculated incentives, missing bonds and uncollected surcharges. The administration has issued a notice of default and opened new requests for proposals while questions about the municipality’s financial exposure remain.
