Shelby City Council held a regular meeting where members received a positive financial report, reviewed several utilities and infrastructure items including a West State Street storm-drainage project and AMP energy portfolio realignment, approved budget and appropriation actions, and presented a Stormwater Awareness Week proclamation and recognition of firefighters following a local house explosion.
