The Nevada County Planning Commission held a public hearing on proposed amendments to the county Communication Towers and Facilities Ordinance, heard extensive public comment about RF safety, setbacks, notice and fire risk, and voted to recommend the Board of Supervisors adopt the ordinance with amendments including grandfathering of complete applications and removing replacement-of-equipment from an exemptions list.
