Madison County Board recessed session on Nov. 16, 2022 in Edwardsville. The board handled routine correspondence and reports, approved the FY2023 budget and tax levy without a property-tax increase, authorized multiple purchases and resolutions, heard a citizen letter about county investments, appointed a new health administrator and honored outgoing members.
